I was a little worried the flower shape would look too fussy on the table, but it’s actually elegant and sits beautifully on its own. The handmade quality is evident in the subtle unevenness of the glaze, and it’s surprisingly sturdy for how delicate it looks.

The handmade craftsmanship really shows in the surface finish—it’s smooth but has that subtle, organic feel that machine-made plates just can’t match. I use it as a centerpiece for salads and even just to hold fruit on the counter; the flower silhouette stands out beautifully on its own.

The flower shape is exactly what drew me in, and the handmade feel really comes through in the subtle irregularities of the glaze. It’s surprisingly sturdy for something so elegant, and I’ve been using it as a centerpiece even when we’re not eating.
